We have a vast infrastructure comprising of hi-tech machines and equipments. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a large area. Our well equipped quality control system helps us in designing user friendly products that are durable and long lasting.

Nubic boasts of an excellent technical infrastructure and highly skilled team of professionals. The state-of-art tool room has Wire cut and EDM machines. The R & D wing constantly works on innovations and quality control lab has full testing facilities for switchgears, motor starters & MCBs. Press section is equipped with hydraulic & power presses. The company possesses a modern electroplating section. The conveyer operated paint plant does the powder coating / liquid painting and is equipped with anti-rust pre-treatment.

Most of the components used in our finished products are made of steel, copper, aluminium or epoxy raw materials which are ultimately machined inhouse. There are several machines installed for sheet metal bending, shearing, punching, drilling and so on. Jigs & Fixtures are made in-house for assembly.

The testing facility covers oscilloscope for analyzing the breaker parameters like opening/closing speed, opening/closing time, contact/mechanism over travel, High Voltage Test Kit, Milli volt drop test kit, tongue tester, avo-meter, digital vernier, no go gauges, micrometer, 2kV tester for control circuit test. P.D measurement kit, CT /PT testing kits, Fuse & Relay testing kits.
